Day - 1 : Pick Up From New Jalpaiguri Rly. Stn. / IXB Airport -- Phuentsholing

(Distance: 180km/ Driving Time: 4 hrs. / Altitude of Phuentsholing: 300m, 984 ft.) On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Rly. Stn. / IXB Airport drive to Phuentsholing, check into the hotel and proceed for entry permit/visa formality. Overnight at Phuentsholing

Day - 2 : Phuentsholing to Thimphu

(Distance: 176km/ Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2400m, 7874 ft.) After breakfast, drive to see nearby Zangtog Pelri Lhakhang in the heart of the town and Kharbandi Gonpa before proceeding to Thimphu. The drive to Thimphu is very scenic, once we climb up from the Indian plain to Bhutan foot hills through beautiful forest, towns and road side villages. Our drive will pass through Gedu, Chukha, and Chuzom before emerging ourselves into the only multi culture city in Bhutan. Check into the hotel, evening we will explore the city by walk. Overnight at Thimphu.

Day - 3 : Thimphu Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue) world largest sitting Buddha statue which gives awesome views of Thimphu valley, National Memorial Chorten (Stupas) which remembers the father of modern Bhutan. Folk Heritage Museum gives inside of living arts of Bhutanese life of rural Bhutan. Afternoon visit Changangkha Monastery the oldest temple in the valley, Sangaygang View Point often known as BBS tower and lovers point. Taking Preserve Centre, the talking national animal of Bhutan can be seen here. Interesting weekend markets to peep for local produce. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day - 4 : Thimphu – Punakha/Wangdue Sightseeing - Thimpu

(Distance: 77km/ Driving Time: 3hrs / Altitude of Punakha: 1350m, 4429 ft.) After breakfast drive to Punakha / Wangdue, On the way Stop at Dochu-La-Pass (3150m, 10334 ft.). to view the great Himalayan ranges. En-route take a short excursion trip to visit the Chhimi Lhakhang - The Temple, also known as “The Temple of Fertility” was built by Lama Drukpa Kuenley, “The Devine Mad Man”. After noon visit Punakha Dzong - built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. The Dzong was named Druk Pungthang Dechen Phodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). Punakha is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo religious head of Bhutan. King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck convened the first National Assembly here in 1952. Later drive back to Thimpu. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day - 5 : Thimpu to Paro (4 hrs)

After the breakfast, we will visit the most beautiful Punakha Dzong and en-route hike to Chimi Lhakhang, further proceed to Paro, on if time permits we will visit National Museum, the first of its kind which has a collection from natural history to religious paintings or evening stroll old Paro town and peep into some local handicrafts stores. Overnight at Paro, altitude 2200m

Day - 6 : Paro sightseeing

In the morning, we will hike to Tiger’s Nest Temple, the most revered temple in the country that literally hangs on a granite cliff overlooking the Paro valley at 900m above the valley floor. The temple is associated with Guru Rimpoche who visited in 8th century and believed to have meditated three months in this cave and converted entire valley into Buddhism. It is 2 hours walk up hill for an average hiker, however it can take our almost entire day too. Back to the hotel and relax. Overnight at Paro.

Day - 7 : Paro to Phuentsholing

(Distance: 172Km/ Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Phuentsholing: 300m, 984 ft.) After our breakfast we will retrace our scenic drive back to Phuentsholing. Relax in the hotel and get prepared for your departure the next day. Overnight in Phuentsholing.

Day - 8 : Phuentsholing – NJP Rly Stn /IXB Airport

Morning free for packing & personal activities. After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to NJP railway station / IXB airport for your onward journey. Tour Ends Here ~~~
